irene! the artichoke recipe was awesome. i made the garlic mayo dip. they are harder to prepare than i thought so now i have a real appreciation for your artichokes/you since you spend the time doing that a lot! miss you all and hope to see you soon!!

o.k. Rachel, I know you worry about fat but 1 cup of mayo is for all the artichokes so it really isn’t that much. It isn’t as if one person will eat the entire dipping sauce. Try the Light Mayo if that makes you feel better. Also, there is a version made with olive oil which is really good.

i think that one cup of mayo. its tooooooo much, thats i usually do that, and i add a tablespoon of horseradish to the sauce
