I love shredded meat in tortillas – I make beef salpicon with chipotle and a chicken breast version with jalepenos. Fabulous. Thanks for the reminder that I need to make it soon and post.

thanks so much for this easy and tasty recipe. My mom is here and she would not know white from blue tortillas. I am planning on making it when Ilan comes home. Did you save the savory broth for other uses?
