		<description><![CDATA[Good morning and Shana Tovah.   Good for you!!!  Lots of work though.  I took them out of the water and laid them out on a cookie sheet that was covered with parchement paper.  Then I froze them on the sheet and once they were frozen took them off and put them in bags.

I served them under the goulash so they soaked up the sauce.  Anything sauce would be good, stew, goulash,  fricasee.  Let me know how they come out.
